We are a very friendly group of girls who enjoy our hobby to the fullest.
Everyone is sympathetically taught the rudiments of Barbershop singing, assessed and helped to develop within the Barbershop style, which is quite different to Choral singing. You do not have to be able to read music (obviously it helps if you can) as long as you can sing in tune and hold a note.
If you haven't sung in public, don't worry, as the majority of the chorus members had not done so before joining. Just remember we all get nervous.
